New — PowerFit30 Cardo Fitness Workout Classes
A boot camp that works towards a fitter leaner, stronger and most importantly healthier you! Including strength training, calisthenics, agility drills, obstacle course and other fun and challenging activities. This class is a combination of 30 second cardio intervals combined with a whole body workout using dumbbells. Anyone can do this class we had an 80 year old woman do this class… if she can do it so can you! You can get in the best shape of your life in 30 seconds 30 days! Classes are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 9:30 a.m. By popular demand we will be adding evening classes very soon!
